Removable paper, same arithmetic
Peel and stick behaves like any other wallpaper on the wall: it comes off a roll, it hangs in vertical drops, and if it carries a pattern the drops have to match. So the estimate is the same strip method, and the answer changes only because the roll is different.
That difference is the thing worth knowing. Pasted double rolls commonly run 27 to 33 ft. Peel and stick rolls commonly run 16 to 18 ft. A wall needing six drops of 8 ft 9 in takes two rolls of pasted paper and four rolls of removable, because a shorter roll yields fewer whole drops and leaves an unusable remnant each time. Compare the two on price per square foot, not price per roll.
One thing this sheet does not calculate is adhesive, because there is none to buy. If your paper is pasted rather than self-adhesive, the main calculator is the right sheet, and the paste coverage is on the tub.

Measure each wall you will cover
Removable paper is usually a one-wall or small-room job. Add each wall separately so the drops are rounded up per wall.
Enter the repeat if there is one
Many peel and stick designs are random-match textures, and those need no allowance. Patterned ones round up exactly as pasted paper does.
Keep the waste allowance
Removable paper is forgiving while you position it and less forgiving once it has been lifted several times. 10% is the floor, and a first attempt deserves 15%.

The 16 ft rows are the trap. A 24 in × 16 ft roll holds more paper than a 20.5 in × 18 ft roll and yields half as many drops, because 16 ft is just short of two 8 ft 9 in cuts. Once the cut length is fixed, roll length decides the yield and roll area barely matters.
